When it comes to everyday shoes, comfort is my number one priority. I’m on my feet and chasing 3 young kids all day long, so I refuse to have achy feet. I was recently sent a pair of Oofos Thongs (I call them flip flops) to try out, and I have to say, these are the most comfortable flip flops I’ve ever worn.
The Oofos Thongs have a thick padding, that make you feel like you are walking on a cushion. When I first put them on, my foot sunk right in, and I felt more support than I’ve ever felt in a pair of flip flops. Because of the added cushion on the bottom, they felt different than regular shoes. It took me a few minutes to adjust to the new feel, but once I did, these are the only shoes I’ve wanted to wear. I frequently take my kids for long walks, and I almost always put on my sneakers to walk. Since I’ve received my Oofos, I’ve worn my flip flops for my long walks, and they are even more comfortable than my sneakers! At the end of many days, when I sit down to relax, my feet usually ache. The technology didn’t really matter to me. All I know is that these are THE BEST flip flops I’ve EVER worn! Oofos make shoes for both men and women, and they come in both a thong and a slide. The shoes only come in whole sizes. I generally wear a 9.5 so I ordered a 10. They are a little long, but since they are flip flops the little bit of extra length doesn’t bother me.

I’ve always found thongs very weird – but maybe that’s ’cause I’ve grown up almost always wearing slip ons! But flip flops are the best when I’m giving myself a pedi!
